What is your class schedule?Our classes for beginners are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the afternoon at these times: Ages 3-6 | 4:30-5:00pm Ages 7-12 | 5:00-5:30pm Teens & Adults | 7:15-8:00pm

How often do I need to attend classes?We recommend students attend at least 2 classes per week to get the most out of the program. However, we do have varied memberships that can be anywhere between 1-4 days per week.

Can adults do classes?Absolutely! We strive for our adults class to be a beginner-friendly, welcoming atmosphere for anyone regardless of age or fitness level. See more info on our adults program here.
